Spa Rules

1. Maintain silence at all times.
2. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in hot areas.
3. Glass objects and razors are prohibited in the thermal areas.
4. Soaps, creams, and similar products may only be used in designated showers.
5. Loungers in the thermal zones are not considered reserved when marked by personal items; staff is authorized to move them.
6. Diving and loud behavior are strictly forbidden.
7. Showering is mandatory before entering pools or tubs.
8. Wearing a swim cap is mandatory in thermal pools and tubs.
9. The maximum time allowed in Jacuzzis is 10 minutes.
10. Clay may only be used along the lakeside.
11. Bringing in outside food and drinks is prohibited.
12. Glass beverages and food may only be consumed in designated areas.

Note:

The thermal spa staff is responsible for ensuring compliance with these rules. Anyone found violating the above rules or displaying inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will be immediately removed from the premises and have their membership revoked.
